NO BAKE GRANOLA BARS

 

 

Bowl of porridge

Bowl of desecrated coconut      

Bowl of Rice Crispies

2 small tubs of peanut butter (smooth)

 

 

Heat the coconut slightly in a pan on a very low heat then add the porridge. 

 

Melt the 2 jars of peanut butter, add coconut, porridge and rice crispies and mix all ingredients together until they stick together.

 

Flatten mixture into a baking tray and put in the fridge for 15 minutes to set.

 

Makes around 12 large granola bars.
